A few things.

1. I just made nickname optional, so no worries.

2. Please do not capitalize every word, it is unnecessary and confusing.

3. I think you are treating this GM business too much like a joke. I know you want to try to seem carefree, but banning players is serious business.

4. I partly disagree about the "What is a GM?" part. GMs are players given authority to deal with people who aren't playing the game right (hacking, flaming). They ARE people who are dedicated to make the server better, but they are most importantly people who are dedicated to making the server/community a better place.

5. Making everyone happy is not possible. Disrespect to GM is not tolerated. Do NOT be too lenient. You have to EARN your respect, but do not LOSE it either by sucking up to a flamer.

Im not Too Nice To Be A GM... Likeee if someone hacks?.. Ban them straight away.

Andd yehh i usually give people a chance but if they tell me not to.. ill jail/ban them straight away. so yeh ;O

Yeah that's good. But sometimes, you don't know if the "hacker" is hacking. It could be a glitch. Some "hacks" you can't identify right away. IMO you should screenshot every hack and report to GMs if you're not sure.
